Circuit system failure is one of the most common problems of outdoor food trucks. Check whether the wire joints are loose or aging every week, especially the lines near the kitchen equipment, which should be kept away from high temperature and oil pollution. The battery should be charged regularly to avoid over-discharging. When not in use for a long time, it is necessary to replenish the quantity of electricity once a month to prevent the battery from being damaged due to power loss.

Appearance maintenance can keep the food truck “good-looking”. The stainless steel surface should be wiped with a special cleaning agent, and avoid scratching with steel wool; wooden parts should be painted with waterproof paint regularly to prevent moisture and deformation; if the body stickers or paint are worn, repair them in time, which is not only beautiful, but also can prevent rainwater from seeping into the car body and causing damage.
