The water tank and water pipes are the most vulnerable parts in winter. When the temperature is below 0℃, the water in the water tank should be drained in time, or special antifreeze should be added to avoid freezing and expansion causing the water tank to crack. After each closing, turn off the main water valve and open the faucet to drain the remaining water, especially in northern regions, this must be paid attention to.

The battery capacity will drop significantly in low temperatures, and it may even fail to start. You can put an insulation cover on the battery, or choose a battery pack with heating function to ensure that the battery working temperature is above 10℃. Charging should be done indoors, avoiding charging in sub-zero environments, otherwise it will not only fail to charge fully, but also damage the battery life.

The tires and braking system should also be checked points. Roads are prone to icing in winter, so the food truck tires should be replaced with snow tires, and the tire pressure should be kept at the upper limit of the standard value to increase grip. Check the brake fluid level and brake pad wear once a week to avoid slow response of the braking system due to low temperature and ensure driving safety.
